Minecraft is Coming to Wii U on December 17th

While it might feel like Minecraft is all over the world, gamers have had to wait the popular series since it was launched on all other platforms of the company aside from Nintendo's. Gaming Today however, we've got some positive news that after months, or years of waiting, the Japanese game maker has announced that the sandbox game will be available on the Wii U on December 17th. Minecraft will come with a range of add-ons, which will let budding builders get festive for Christmas.



Mojang is making use of Off-TV-Play feature of the Wii U to let players transfer their worlds onto their GamePad controller, and let other members of the family to commandeer the TV. When it launches on the Nintendo eShop in North America next week, Minecraft will cost $30There's no information yet on the price it will set back UK and European gamers.
