Salt Is Always Best Sea Salt Or Maldon Sea Salt

The best salt that I ever used was one I found at a drugstore, but then had to switch to some other brand. What made me change to the same brand was it's high calcium content and its fat-soluble magnesium. This is what causes its high calcium and magnesium content to make it more effective than the sea salt, which has smaller amounts of the two. Once I switched to the sea salt I could no longer give it away or sell it because no one wants the sea salt.

The sea salt is less expensive because it is not all sea water. It also has a higher percentage of magnesium and calcium than the sea salt does. It also contains more trace minerals like iron, chromium, and potassium.

To replace the sea salt, all you need to do is to get your hands on some Maldon sea salt. For most recipes you will need it. For example, if you are making your favorite salad dressing at home, it won't be too hard to substitute the sea salt for Maldon sea salt.

You can make your own personal version of the dressing or you can add a few drops of lemon juice and some organic apple cider vinegar in with the mustard. I would add a couple drops of fresh lemon zest to it, too.

On the road and out of the stores you can usually find pretty much anything. At times you can't even tell what is good and what is not. My mother is a great example of this. I know she has some bottles of medical grade sodium chloride she uses for her gardening supplies and, if I'm lucky, she has a few bottled waters and a few bottles of sea salt too.

With my salt shakers there are many brands, salts, and products available. However, with all of the varieties of salt, it is really easy to get overwhelmed. If you look online or find one that you like, just take a look at the different manufacturers.
