We had $30K in loss our insurance will only pay out a max of $2,500 on a storage locker and we paid over $5k just to store nothing. & then we spent $3K just to go out there for nothing! I d like to know if I have" to jump through these hoops. We ve had insurance with the company we are with now for 3 years this is our 1st claim ever. I just want this to be over! Every time they say just 1 more thing do this we do it and then it s the same thing all over again!! It s never ending!!"
